NCD series electronically controlled permanent magnetic chuck is one of the products designed and developed by our company. It has the characteristics of powerful magnetic force, quick magnetization and demagnetization, energy saving and environmentally sound and are widely used in quick clamping, lifting and transportation and other industries. Compared with traditional clamping method, electronically-controlled permanent magnetic chuck have the characteristics of environmentally-sound, maintenance-free and high efficiency and brings revolutionary leap to processing industry.

Each magnetic chuck is equipped with a controller, a magnetic chuck cable and a power cord, the controller is easy to operate. To quickly charge the magnet chuck by press the unlocking and magnetization button within 1-3 seconds simultaneously. After the magnetization is completed, the power supply can be disconnected. The magnetic force will sustain permanently without power supply. After the processing is completed, press the unlock and demagnetize button at the same time for 1-3 seconds to quickly demagnetize. Press both buttons at the same time with both hands to avoid misoperation due to inadvertent touching of the buttons during processing.

       When the magnetic chucks is ready for shipping, it is packed in a wooden box. All accessories are put together and the accessories do not need to be purchased separately.
